The importance of quality control

Last month one of my Brazil customer told me how they had been deceived by their supplier, he said "Let me explain to you what happened to us. we confirmed an order of 26 tons of polypropylene with a company,this week when we received the order, we saw the product was not virgin and was not what we asked, we even don't know what was this product. it was like a recycled product, both the color and material were not the same.  We found this company in internet again and we saw other customers were also cheated by them, this company has already changed to another name"

"Anyway, what I mean is trying to avoid that from happening again"

Hearing about that, I feel very sorry, and I told him he should have hired a third party QC company to check the factory before placing the order, and got them to inspect the goods before the shipment, if all the jobs done, there would be no worry about the the cargo quality. 

Now we are their QC agency in China to help them with all the quality control services in China.
