Faucet third party inspection service

Faucet pre shipment inspection is very crucial for the faucet quality control before the faucet delivery, but how to proceed the inspection in a most effective manner, now I’m sharing some experience about the faucet inspection.

First step: randomly select some samples, then check the faucet appearance, plating quality, no scratch, no deformation, and no stain would be allowed, good polishing.

Second step: dimension check, measure all the dimensions against customer drawing, make sure their conformance.

Third step: testing, pressure and leakage test are very important tests for the faucet inspection, which simulate the real work condition of the faucet, under certain water pressure, there must be no crack or burst during and after the tests.

Forth step: material verification, by using spectrometer, test the brass grade and material substances in the factory.

That's what we have done for the faucet inspection during the pre shipment inspection service, it is critical work for the faucet quality control during the international trade.
